Important Dates in 2025-2026
FESTIVAL INFORMATION 2025
October 1 — Deadline for teacher dues $40.00 (after October 1, teacher fees are $50.00.
October 15 — Deadline for teachers to email a list of students who will participate in festival this year plus $2.00 fee per student (unless the
student is an adult, then the fee is $13 per adult.)
January 10 — Deadline to sign up students for Festival and to complete information on Vivace.
Festival fees: $15.00 for one event, $7.00 for each additional event.
February 20 — Deadline to sign-up for Lesson Scholarship auditions.
March 14 — Final deadline for you to be sure your students have been judged and for you to deliver all completed judging sheets to Kimberly Framer, 1982 Balboa Road 83204, 9:00 am- 12:00 noon.
March — Lesson Scholarship auditions (location and date TBA. Teachers will be notified of the info when it is available.
OTHER IMPORTANT DATES & INFORMATION 2025
April 5 — Deadline for Certificate of Achievement, $40
April 26 — Certificate of Achievement, location TBA
